Shandong has launched a special campaign to serve private enterprises, concentrating high-quality elements and policy resources to address the urgent needs of private enterprises in their development and the difficulties they encounter in production and operation.

Provincial leaders have made specific arrangements to further help private enterprises overcome difficulties, focusing on addressing issues such as overdue payments to enterprises, difficult and expensive financing, and problems related to element guarantee. They are striving to accurately translate the "voices of enterprises" into "echoes of policies".

Sun Aijun, director of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, said: We will fully leverage the coordinating role of the Office of the Leading Group for Private Economy, adhere to the principle of provincial and municipal collaboration and departmental coordination, and promote the handling of enterprise demands in a list-based manner. We will promptly transfer the demands of enterprises to the corresponding assistance units, complete them within a limited time, provide timely feedback, and conduct follow-up evaluations. We will also dynamically update the assistance enterprises and demand matters to ensure that the special action for serving private enterprises yields solid results.

Regarding the resolution of the problems of difficult and expensive financing, Chen Ying, the deputy director in charge of the daily work of the Provincial Committee's Financial Services Office, disclosed that the financial system in Shandong has established a direct connection mechanism at the provincial, municipal and county levels. In the next step, the 600 enterprises included in the special action for serving private enterprises will be the focus of direct connection, with the emphasis on following up and solving practical problems. Meanwhile, financial institutions are encouraged to enhance digital financial innovation, provide supply chain financing based on accounts receivable, orders, warehouse receipts, etc., and shift from mortgage loans to new supplies such as "data credit" and "order financing".
