On August 19th, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Administration Committee, in order to implement the "Beijing High-End Scientific Instrument Innovation and Development Action Plan (2025-2027)", organized and carried out the verification, evaluation and promotion of scientific instruments, and publicly solicited reserve topics for the verification, evaluation and promotion of domestic high-end scientific instruments from the society.
Focusing on key scenarios such as higher education, scientific research, and analytical testing, as well as industry application demands, we will focus on high-end scientific instrument complete machines that have long been monopolized by foreign countries, have achieved breakthroughs in domestic similar products, and urgently need market verification and iteration. We will establish a closed-loop process of "trial - feedback - iteration", and build a comprehensive evaluation system for the performance comparison of high-end scientific instruments. Promote the technological iteration and product quality upgrade of high-end scientific instruments, and enhance the independent innovation capacity and industrial competitiveness of high-end scientific instruments.
Carry out the evaluation of instrument products from multiple dimensions such as performance indicators, applicability and advancement, stability, and analysis software, and put forward improvement suggestions. Form an instrument product evaluation report to help instrument manufacturing enterprises accurately assess the current status of their products, identify the gap between software and hardware, and find the right direction for iteration.
