I. Safety Operations

Before maintenance, stop the machine, cut off the power supply, completely relieve the pressure, wait for the oil temperature to drop before operating. Do not perform maintenance with power on or under pressure.

When operating, stay away from moving parts to avoid clothing and tools getting caught. Do not use strong acids, strong alkalis, or corrosive solvents to wipe the precise surfaces such as the piston rod and the jaws. Daily check the piston rod. The surface must not have scratches, rust, or dents. Minor rust stains should be treated with anti-rust measures promptly. Check the fixtures, jaws, and connecting bolts. If they are loose, cracked, or severely worn, stop and repair immediately. After the test, lower the actuator piston to the reserved gap. Do not keep the piston in the bottom of the cylinder for a long time to prevent air from entering the oil circuit.

II. Mechanical Components

Clean only with dry cloth / soft bristle brushes. Do not use strong acids, strong alkalis, or corrosive solvents to wipe the precise surfaces such as the piston rod and the jaws. Check the piston rod daily.

III. Hydraulic System

Daily check the oil level in the oil tank. Keep it within the standard scale range. Add oil using the same type of filtered anti-wear hydraulic oil. Do not mix different brand oil products. Monitor the operating oil temperature. The normal range is 30–60℃. If the oil temperature exceeds 60℃, turn on the cooling device immediately. If it exceeds 70℃, stop the machine immediately. Check the oil pipe joints, oil cylinders, and valve blocks one by one. Address any leakage or oil seepage immediately to prevent oil and impurities from entering the system. Pay attention to the ventilation cap of the oil tank. Keep it unobstructed and dust-proof to prevent dust and water vapor from entering the hydraulic oil.

IV. Electrical and Control System

Keep the control cabinet, operation screen, and buttons clean. Avoid liquids and dust from entering the interior of the cabinet. Check the external cables and plugs for no compression, damage, or loose connections. The equipment grounding must be firm and reliable. Do not touch or plug in or out sensors, servo valves, or wiring randomly to prevent abnormal signals and equipment malfunctions.

V. Environment and Others

Keep the equipment area clean, without clutter. Ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation. After daily maintenance, make records. If any abnormal noise, shaking, or abnormal pressure is detected, stop the machine immediately and report. Do not operate with "disease".
