At the same time, private enterprises in the energy field are encouraged to jointly develop innovative personnel training with universities and research institutes, support the construction of technology transformation exchange platforms, improve the intellectual property trading market system and the information docking channels between supply and demand sides, guarantee the reasonable profits of private enterprises in technology transformation, and stimulate the innovation willingness and innovation vitality of enterprises.
