On January 9, 2024, the founding meeting of the Structural Engineering Branch of China Civil Engineering Society and the first Academic Conference on Structural Innovation and Development of Civil Engineering was held in Beijing. As a leader in the field of civil engineering structure experimental mechanical performance testing, our company was invited to attend this meeting. The meeting was chaired by Fan Jiansheng, professor of Civil Engineering at Tsinghua University.
Mr. Yi Jun, President of China Civil Engineering Society, Mr. Zeng Rong, Vice President of Tsinghua University, and Mr. Nie Jianguo, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, delivered speeches respectively. Mr. Shang Chunming, Vice president of China Civil Engineering Society, read the approval opinions on the establishment of Structural Engineering Branch on behalf of China Civil Engineering Society. On behalf of the Structural Engineering Sub-Branch Preparatory Working Group, Professor Fan Jiansheng gave a report on the preparations for the meeting and explained the election method.
From the challenges faced by engineering structures and their countermeasures, the interpretation of the vibration and vibration dual control design standard T/CECS1234-2023, the research on the high-quality application theory and key technologies of building solid waste resource recycling, the intersection of materials and structures, The research results in the field of structural engineering are described in the aspects of promoting industry development, energy underground structure (pile foundation) theory, technology and engineering application, service characteristics and performance control of prestressed structures, intelligent identification of tunnel surrounding rock stability and intelligent optimization of supporting structures.
