In order to promote mutual exchanges and cooperation in the test equipment industry, the Test Instrument Branch of China Instrument Industry Association was held in Jinan, Shandong Province, from December 21 to 23, 2023. As a well-known brand in the testing machine industry, Mr. Liang led relevant personnel of the company's technical department to attend the meeting.
Association deputy secretary general Cheng Hong delivered the opening speech, he introduced the testing machine market sales prospects, data analysis of the testing machine industry in the future huge development space, and then from the differentiation of development, domestic substitution, technology integration and other aspects of the instrument and equipment industry development direction. In the expert lecture of the test instrument branch, the "Progress of fatigue test methods" report made by Dr. Bai Xin, a researcher of the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is closely related to our company's leading product, pulsating fatigue testing machine, and the upgrading of fatigue test equipment provides a diversified and cost-effective solution for fatigue test. Professor Liu Peng of Jilin University introduced the development and research background of the testing machine in detail in the report "Intelligent operation and digital control of material Service performance test equipment", he pointed out that the fatigue test of ultra-high life parts needs to run for a long time, and then realize the visual status monitoring of high-end test equipment. At present, the pulsating fatigue test equipment produced by our company has been equipped with a full closed-loop measurement and control system, which can achieve the storage of test data and curves on the basis of the continuous and stable operation of the fatigue equipment with ultra-high life, and the automatic measurement and control effect of the fatigue test process without manual intervention. After the report, the participants of our company and other representatives discussed the development of the instrumentation industry, enterprise management, key technological breakthroughs and other aspects, and shared the hot issues and future development trends of the industry.
